Time, the most intriguing component of life pervasive mysterious. Time is defined as the continuous passage of existing the future through the present ,to state of finality in the past .

What is the nature of time? How do you utilize it? How do you relate it? these are questions that everyone has to answer to this the faster how one can change the course of his life for the better.


Things to do to have no regret of how you spent your time take the following steps.

1. Determine primarily your answer 
a.Tomorow

b.The next 4 months 

c.The next three five years

d.The rest of your life


2.Set targets that are realisable and pursue them relentlessly.

3. Draw up a schedule for each day start off  the day with important  issues and where possible stick to them until you finish before going on to the next item.


4. Avoid unproductive people who only come to waste your time idle tattle and pointless gossip .


5. Cut  out activitities that do not build either yourself or those around you .

Be determined to utilize the next day .One  of the greatest obstacles to effective time utilization is procrastination.
     Never put off tomorrow what you can do today .there is a sad and painful fact most people ignore that there inactivity does not stop the passage of time .Time sticks on irrespective of your activity, time is a constant factor that must come no matter what you are doing or what you have failed to do so manage your own time judiciously.

PERSONAL HYGIENE

               What is hygiene?

The word hygiene means the science of health,it's promotion and preservation
It can also  be seen as the way of keeping ones surrounding clean to avoid conterminations .For one to have a good health condition,one must maintain a high level of personal cleanness such that they would be no room for infections or disease.
There are many ways to keep ones body clean and fit.

Ways to keep proper hyigene include the following

1.Bathing atleast three times daily

2.Brushing your teeth twice daily

3. Washing of cooking utensils

4. Washing and ironing of clothes

5. Having a hair cut .

6.Combing of hair

 7.Shaving of public hairs.

8.sweeping ,dusting and mobbing the house
9. Cutting of grasses in our environment.
10. Avoid burning of  materials that will polute the environment.Infections put
